Who receives reports
Reports are received by authorised members of Elavew’s Trust and Safety team and may be shared only with Legal, Privacy, Security or other personnel who need the information to investigate or respond.
Elavew will handle reports as confidentially as reasonably possible, but information may need to be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to investigate or respond to the concern.
Anonymous reporting
You may submit this report without providing your name or email address. However, submitting anonymously may limit Elavew’s ability to request further information, investigate the matter fully or provide you with updates.
The report form does not connect to a secure backend during this implementation phase.
Protection from retaliation
Elavew prohibits retaliation against any person who raises a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation.
If you believe you have experienced retaliation connected with a report, you may raise that as a separate concern.
Read the Fair Hiring PolicyFollow-up and updates
In the operational reporting system, accepted reports will receive a report reference and a secure method for supplying further information or checking for updates.
No report reference or tracking credential is generated during this phase.
